Lemon Rice



Ingredients

  • 3 green Chilies
  • 1 TSP Ginger Paste
  • 1 & ½ TSP Lemon Juice
  • Salt (As Needed)
  • 1 TSP Turmeric
  • 1 & ½ TSP White Pepper powder
  • 10 gm Green Coriander
  • 1 TBSP Vinegar
  • 500 gm Rice
  • 1 TSP Mustard seeds
  • 10 Split chickpeas
  • 10 gm Dal Maash
  • 20 gm Peanuts
  • 10 gm Cashew

Method
Boil water in a pan, add vinegar, salt, cooking oil, and boil it for 10 minutes.In a pan add cooking oil, mustard seeds, split chickpeas, Peanuts, Cashew, Green Chili, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Salt, White pepper powder, Turmeric, Dal Mash and cook it for 2 Minutes. Now add boiled rice and cook it for 2 Minutes.Your tasty lemon rice are ready type serve
Timings: 30 Minutes serve: 3 persons
